Very nice quality hose in a sturdy and compact caddy. All parts of this hose feel solid however I would have preferred more metal in the assembly. Everything works well - hose retracts as it is supposed to, the housing swivels as promised and the stop ball holds the hose in position. Faucet and nozzle connections are metal, very well made and will for sure prevent any leakage. The nozzle included in this set is ergonomically shaped and feels great when held. It has the standard number of settings and rotates freely and comfortably. The lever on top of the nozzle gives flow control - great feature, especially if you water a lot of planters, containers and hanging baskets. In our climate all hoses need to be removed and stored for winter. This hose will allow to do it very easily as the pin that holds the caddy in place can be easily pulled out and the hose taken away for storage - very happy with this design. All in all - terrific and sturdy hose with convenient and compact way to use and store it. Thrilled with this order.

Very easy to install. It made life so easy for me, I don’t have to worry about the hose getting kinked or me having to roll it and hang it all of that. It just brings pure joy to watering my vegetables and flowers. I LOVE IT!!

I was surprised by how compact this reel system is. While it won't cover my entire yard, it is the perfect size to dedicate to watering my vegetable garden. It is also a good size for watering patio planters or anywhere a 100 foot reel would be too much. This hose reel is well made, and feels solid. The hose pulls out easily to the length I need, and then smoothly retracts back in with a slight tug. The wall mount is made of heavy duty plastic (not metal.) I have mounted this reel into a wood post in the middle of my vegetable garden. It is nice that it is off the ground at standing height. I like that the mount allows the reel to swivel 180 degrees. With it mounted in the middle of the vegetable garden and 50 ft of hose, I can easily water the 80 ft length of my vegetable bed. The sprayer gives me lots of spraying option. Mainly I use the shower option. I do wish one of the selections was Soaker, but the steam setting is close enough. And I like the green and white cheery color. Overall, I am pleased with this hose reel and will get a lot of use out of it.
