Thank you for choosing RELHOST! We hope you had a great shopping experience and are satisfied with your product. If you have any quality issues, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return your product for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

RELHOST provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

You need to contact us before requesting a refund. Every unknown refund request won't be authorized and approved.

Return & Refund Details

For Non-Quality Issues:
We offer our customers the right to return unused products within 30 days of delivery. In the event that a customer requires a return due to subjective reasons rather than quality issues, the customer should pay for the cost of return shippment.

You may initiate a return by email the reason for your return, your order number, and your name to sales@relhosttools.com.

For Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items:
Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event, you may receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@relhosttools.com with order number and a video/photo about the problem. We will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. (free replacement and free freight charge, or a full refund, if applicable)

To ensure that your return is processed smoothly, please make sure to include all accessories and original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it is undamaged and complete. Once the inspection is complete, we will begin the refund process, which typically takes 3-5 business days to complete.

Refund requests under the 30-day money-back guarantee must be made within 30 days of opening a warranty claim. Refunds for non-quality issues cannot be processed after this 30-day period. If your purchase was not made directly through RELHOST online stores, please contact the retailer for any refund requests. For issues related to product quality, please refer to the following section.

How to return or exchange the product?

1. Please provide the order that needs to be returned or exchanged and request a return authorization. Please state the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.

2. RELHOST support will share the corresponding return address with you within 1-3 working days. The return address will be assigned according to your closest address. As such, don't hesitate to get in touch with customer service to get the appropriate address for you before returning.

3. For the return or exchange request to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to RELHOST with the following information:
● Order Number
● Product Name/Model Number

If the return request is due to quality issues, we will provide you with a return label and cover the cost to complete the return and exchange process. If it is not a quality issue, we will provide you with a return address and you will need to bear the courier fees to complete the return and exchange process on your own.

For refunds, we will process the refund within 3 working days of receiving your return package. The refund is expected to take 7 working days to be refunded to your account.

For exchanges, we will respond to your request within 3 working days. Once we receive your item, the new package will be shipped within 3 working days and delivered within 5-7 working days.


How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.
