This review is for Retractable Garden Hose Reel 65 ft x 1/2 in, Heavy Duty Hose Reel Wall Mount with Any Length Lock, Auto Rewind System, 180° Swivel Bracket, 10-Pattern Garden Hose Nozzle, White & Grey. I ordered this guy to get ready for the spring and now that I see what I got, I’m even more excited to get this mounted. I thought I would put this in the backyard but now that I have it, I think it would fit nicely in my garage. Installed it would only protrude out about 21” from the wall, leaving enough room on the side for me to easily pull my car into the garage. I can easily detach it from the wall if needed. It would be even cooler if they made it so that we can store it flat against the wall with a latch of some sort. I think for now, I will use a bungee cord to pull it flat to the wall. It’s also much lighter than I thought it would be (empty 15 lbs and about 23 lbs with water), perhaps because of the ½” hose. My coiled up 65 ft ⅝” hose on the floor feels heavier than this whole reel! Anyway, the retracting mechanism feels very strong and solid to me. It locks up and releases easily with minimal effort. The stop ball can also be easily adjusted without any tools and placed wherever as appropriate. I like that the mounting bracket is small enough to fit between a 2x4 but I think I will use a 1x6 over the 2x4 to avoid any issues. I have not tried the nozzle because it’s still winter and the ground is frozen but it looks like a decent nozzle. I’m more interested in the hose reel itself since nozzles for me, as an avid gardener, never last more than a season or two. Overall, this is a really nice retractable hose reel. I’ve been wanting one for years now so it will make my life much easier when it comes to watering all of my plants. I may get another one for my backyard once I get to test it out fully come spring. I love the white and gray color on this one! If they improved it to give us the option to keep it flat against the wall, I think it would be even better. I’d give it a 4.8/5.0 - 01/28/2025.

Well made compact Garden Hose & Reel!It looks good and function very well. Very easy to install. You attach the bracket on the wall and then you simply hook the reel.The reel is all plastic and has the ability to swing 90 degrees, going flat on the wall, either side.The hose is lightweight, but good quality with aluminum ends, The leader also is braided with aluminum ends. The hose easily pulls out and retracts It stops at any point. It has about 65' of hose. The nozzle is nice, light and easy to operate. The connections are good quality, no leaks!Overall, and excellent Garden Reel!

I find this to be a pretty fantastic hose/roller. Once you install it, which is pretty easy, it is pretty sturdy in its place. It does kind of swivel a little bit because of the way it mounts, which is a really nice feature. The hose and nozzle are both pretty decent quality, but the retractable part of this is really great. It retracts quickly, tightly, and stores the hose very efficiently. It looks like a good unit, and from my experience it has been so far. It’s functional and does not leak at all… yet anyway. Really glad I got this and look forward to getting some years out of it because it does seem to be pretty durable feeling. You won’t get a lifetime out of it, like everything else… but you should be able to make it worthwhile if you take care of it.

We have a water spigot right next to our pool, so this was particularly nice to have to keep that area organized as well as not having a hose sprawled on the ground that could cause someone to trip.The hose retracts well and stays put nicely once you have the length you need. The look of the housing itself is nice. We haven't installed it on the wall yet, but just simply have it sitting on the ground next to the spigot. The spray nozzle works fine, but admittedly we have another one we already owned prior that we prefer.Don't hesitate if you need a garden hose and would like to stay organized.5 out of 5 stars.

This is not a heavy duty reel and hose, this is clearly a light duty set, but given the budget oriented price, this size reel makes perfect sense for smaller areas that otherwise would have the same old pile of loose hose laying around.The best part about this reel is how easily it is removed from its wall mount for storage in those regions where winter temps drop below freezing.The hose and the spray gun are not for heavy duty use, they are best for occasional use, the type that suits the total length of the hose rather well.While for some this reel and hose will be a good fit for a smaller size garden/lawn, the other type of use is to have this reel as an addition to cover the short side of the home. That way instead of installing one large reel with a long length of hose and ending up dragging it back and forth, which wears out both the hose and tears up the yard/lawn, installing this smaller size reel separates main use from secondary use.That's what we've done and it works much, much better for us rather then keeping different length hoses around.

This hose reel is exactly what you need! It reaches my entire yard, then coils right back up. I still get good pressure, it came with everything I needed and install was pretty easy with 2 people.

I used this hose with a pressure washer and to drain my hot water heaters. It worked well for both. I like that it has a carrying case to retracting the hose into. it doesn't take up too much room. It also has the ability to be mountable. I didn't need that feature, but its nice if you need it in a garage or a flower bed. More than anything, it doesn't leak. That's the best part.

Great hose mount with one major caveat. The hose disconnected where it attaches to the part that you screw the sprayer on to. Not sure if that is a one off random quality issue, but I am not in the mood to try to return this big heavy item so hubby is going to look for a solution like some kind of small o ring that will keep the hose from popping off. It seemed to be working perfectly up until it disconnect from the one end. I have to say that in my entire life, I don't think I have ever had that happen before. I have had many hoses fail in many other ways with time, but never that the rubber hose fell off the screw attachment.2/28 update - It turns out the ring meant to secure the hose to the fitting was not crimped at all. So, yeah, they forgot to finish putting it together. Hopefully there is not some other random part that wasn't completed.
