This hose reel is great! Not only is it solid and metal it rolls like a dream and is easy to use! I don’t know how long the hose I put on it was but it was quite long and still has a bit more room. It doesn’t leak at all which is part of the reason I replaced my old one. It came with a card offering an extended warranty and the customer service was quick and responsive to my inquiry regarding the warranty. I am very pleased with the hose reel. It is sleek and stylish and functional. Would recommend. The price is more than the plastic ones, but I believe you get what you pay for in this case!

Works as advertised. Winds the hose without much effort and unwinds easily as well. Looks great. Handle is metal and sturdy...other competitors use plastic which apparently breaks under a little stress. I ordered two more after receiving our first one. Very nice product!

This old lady found this hose box super easy to unbox, attach legs, and set up with my 75 foot hose. Such an improvement over tangled hose everywhere in the garden! It is very sturdy and slightly more compact than the one I had bought before, which is great. Operation is smooth and easy. No, not cheap, but I'm happy every time I use it.

Meets high hopes and expectations. It works beautifully with smooth and easy unwinding and hand crank rewinding. Though not mentioned, the hose reel comes with a 3' connection hose to your hose outlet. We paired this deck box with a 75' Flexzilla 5/8" hose (Flexzillas are about the most flexible, non-stiff hose you can buy) and the pairing is just perfect. Instructions for installing the four legs were lacking detail. I tried installing the legs with the as-shipped four plastic pieces in place but could not install the legs. I removed the four plastic pre-installed pieces and then installed the four legs without problem and so I think I did it correctly. It could be the pre-installed plastic pieces are meant to be "stubby legs" if you prefer not to have the 2" elevation of the taller legs? It makes watering plants and washing the cars all the easier. Very happy with this product, particularly as coupled with the Flexzilla hose. Just installed it, but is has the look and feel that males me think that it will be durable over a long period of time.
